Black White

The black spots in vision and line of sight are quite common and while this is not something you should worry about, it is certainly worth taking the time to understand what is happening and why you experience the symptoms. The black spots are actually more commonly known as floaters and tend to float in and out of sight. People can get this in one or both eyes and is particularly noticeable in the areas of sunshine or slightly colored frames. The shape and shadow floats expressed are subjective – they were described as fine lines, ovals of different sizes and even spiders. They are indeed regarded as dead cells (including red cells and white blood) and fine aggregates (lumps) of protein opaque glass that are sufficient to cast a shadow on the retina. Behavior and appearance as the floats can be particularly troublesome for those who produce frequently and easily discernible in the line of sight. In most cases, although a nuisance, they are usually harmless by cons you should pay particular attention to floaters that appear very suddenly and are very sensitive as these may be signs of a kind haemorrhage in the vitreous and retinal tear. If this happens, then you must make an appointment with your GP and Chances are you can be referred directly to an eye specialist. How to Remove these floaters
There is a surgical procedure which aims to remove debris in the vitreous of the eye – it's called a vitrectomy. This is a fairly invasive surgery, often costly and requires significant recovery time. This is really an option floaters are considered a real nuisance or to become a handicap. Natural remedies involve supplementation of lutein (a green pigment found in green leafy vegetables such as kale, cabbage and spinach) and taurine to help regenerate tissues of the retina. The recommended dose is 6 mg and 180 mg respectively. Alternative ophthalmologists also recommend antioxidants – although there is concrete evidence that antioxidants like vitamin C, E, selenium and zinc may help prevent the formation of free radicals (which can cause oxidative damage – a bit like rust inside) there no direct evidence linking antioxidants to the removal of "floating" vision. Finally, the eye exercises can help eliminate and reduce the severity of black spot. Relaxation exercises and strengthening the muscles attached to the goal have been shown to improve overall performance, including the reduction of flotation. In short, if you start to notice a slight increase in black spots in your vision, then you should not have to worry about and I suggest you simply fill in the substances that I mentioned above and carry the eye for a month or two to improve the situation. If after this time you're always in trouble, I suggest you will get expert advice from an ophthalmologist. However, if you have experienced a sudden increase of floaters black eye, then it is essential that you seek expert advice because you may have torn of the retina or bleeding into the vitreous.
