Why Sprint take money from my account by credit card?
I had 2 payments of £ 90 made on my credit card, the transaction said Sprint PCS-996-SP IVR 888-211-4727 KS and I have never had anything to do with them. I searched the web and have something to do with mobile phones (cell phones or cos they are in the states). I have another non-integrated transaction of £ 80, all in 2 weeks. I called the bank because I know I've never spent this money but they will not put a block on credit cards, they just said they would check with Sprint's why they take money from me. Sprint, which is really? I tried to ring this number but I need to enter my Sprint 10-digit account number (which I did not) to get through! Has this happened to someone else? Who gets the money? Sprint or is there a person there taking money from me deliberately by these transactions?
Sprint is a popular Cell Company in the United States. I do not know if they are on the seas as well. It seems to me that someone opened an account using your cell card credit. And I am not surprised at all that was with Sprint. We no longer use them because they allowed my husband's ex-wife (she admitted to them she was his ex-wife) to activate a phone on our behalf simply because she had her social security number. Their safety standards consumers are rather lax. I see you as having two issues. A being someone opened an account in a cell without your permission and you do not know number. I never had much luck with complaints to Sprint, they are really concerned about their own interests. Secondly, Your bank does not seem to care that you are misleading charges your credit card. Let me call you again the Bank and file another complaint if you are sure you do not open a cellular account. It is better not to have a credit card for some time continue to pay someone elses cell bill. Good luck getting your money.
