Stress is a kind of chronic illness. It gets in our daily lives and if they were not well supported, it will affect our growth work, life, relationships and health. Physically, it can cause insomnia, hypertension, heart attack or even cancer.
Stress accumulates gradually, without us seeing. Normally, when we feel the effects of it, he has already gone well past our level of tolerance. It can be difficult sometimes when we try to beat him, but there are ways useful and handy that I have personally tried and worked amazingly.
Here are 10 tips to reduce stress that I have found most effective.
Any of these only takes less than 30 minutes
1. Listen to your favorite cartoon theme song
2. Pat your dog or cat or any pet
3. Take 10 deep breathing, exhaling with a smile
4. Play your favorite CD and dance with her.
5. Take a slow walk in the park or garden
6. Go for 30 minutes and head back massage
7. To loud for 10 minutes Laugh
8. Look through your photo albums and family how you feel 're lucky to have in your life
9. Call someone you love and tell them how much you love them.
10. List the things you insist on, prioritize them, and write the solutions to accomplish the tasks and deadlines, hitting one by one on the run tasks.
A story to share …
Having a little faith is very useful. There is a simple story that I always say when things do not go smoothly as I wanted.
There was a time in China, he was a farmer who had a horse. He lived with his wife and son unique. One day, his horse would lose and they could not find it anywhere in his house. The farmer was very sad and worried as he had not possession others to assist in its operations. He thought it was the most unlucky person in the world.
A week later his horse returned, bring another black horse with it. The farmer filled with joy and he thought it was not as unhappy as he thought, after all. This incident unfortunate proved a lucky one.
Her only son has been very strong and he decided to form the Black Horse. When he was training in the fields, he fell back to horse and was paralyzed permanently. The farmer was devastated and felt like if it was the end of his world as he has put his family's legacy and hopes of her only son. He lived in pain and sadness from that day.
A few months later, there was a war between the highways of China. The king summoned all the strong men in the country to fight in the war. The farmer's son was paralyzed and he was not selected to be in the army. All others have been summoned, he died in war. The farmer was so grateful and that its amount has not been able to walk, which saved his life.
Sometimes, live, we need a little faith and trust that everything happens for a reason. Therefore, whenever things look as if there was no way this could be the one blessing can only ask.
