French Front
Does the word French front, a name really means. As in Jeanne de Lannouy?.
I'm a bit of family history and I do not speak French. I continue to find in front of the family name. Can anyone help me figure this out. I can go to the library and get a book, but I thought I would ask this question first and see if someone can help me.
