On November 22, 1986 me and my two brothers went with my father at the house of his friends to watch an up and coming boxer named Mike Tyson, he fought for the WBC against Trevor Berbick. Before the fighting began most of the guys were bragging how Berbick would mop the floor with the young Tyson. People had heard about Tyson but not many thought he could win the fight. I remember sitting on the floor watching TV with other children at the party playing with our GI Joes waiting for the fight started.
As they entered the ring to use gloves and an agreement on a clean fight when the cameras stop close fighters still shots at each other Berbick looked like this would be a walk in the park. But Tyson had this look grim reaper on his face, and once The fight began against Berbick has rapidly changed the expression of a deer in the headlights. As Tyson beat Berbick began to powerful body shots and quick combos like Berbick he was afraid of his life. Once the bell rings to signal the end of the first round, everyone in the room was to say that I can not believe this kid is he taking to Berbick. As the second round began Tyson just went to the killing and sent Berbick to the canvas twice in the second round. Berbick tried to get up three times after the second knock down but there was no use, he did not know where he was and almost feel out of the ring.
From that moment, Mike Tyson has become not only mine but millions of boxing fans root for favorite boxer. Tyson was the first to Knock Out Boxer Larry Holmes on the way to win 19 straight fights by knockout, with 12 being in the first inning. As his reputation began to grow his fighting skills have begun to descend from a lack of appropriate training. He lost his championship belt to James "Buster" Douglas by knockout in the tenth round in February 1990 and his life was never the same after that.
In 1992 he was arrested and sent in prison for three years for sexually assaulting Desiree Washington. Once he was released he returned to boxing, he seems to be on the track until he lost to Evander Holyfield in a 11th round TKO in 1996. When the two fighters met again for a rematch As expected, Tyson did the unthinkable and bit a piece of Holyfield's ear off while they were tangled on his way to be disqualified. After that, Tyson has become a mess rash he eventually finished his career with a professional boxing record of 50 victories, 44 KO, 6 defeats and 2 no contest.
Kid Like watching Tyson increasing rise and fall of the greatness I was wondering how someone so gifted could simply everything throw. Like many, I never really understood the madness behind him, I just see him as your normal star rise that went wrong. This was not until my early twenty I heard Tyson childhood lasts. I was shocked to learn he had been arrested 38 times before the age of thirteen. When he was sixteen years old his mother died and he was split up his brother and sister, when He moved with his trainer Cus D'Amato Boxing New York State. If D'Amato was not involved and help Tyson changed his life, he would more likely died at the age of 18. Once Don King is dead Cus entered his life and forever changed Tyson crazy barbarian many people think of him as today.
