Adobe Photoshop: the eyes of my dog is yellow on the photo (before installation). How can I change this?

I tried to reduce red eyes (not sure how it sounds stupid), but it does not work. Can anyone tell me how to sort this please out? PS Why the photo shows my dog with yellow eyes and not red? What are the causes and red / yellow eyes?

The simplest is to select it using circular or a marquee or lasso tool. Then, feathers, ctrl + alt + D, your selection (Play with the pen, but I think that 0.5 or 1 only). Then press Ctrl + U (hue and saturation) and play with the color until your happy with the color. There is much better using a mask.
